New kid on the block Tim Ferris has come up with lots of controversial ways to lose weight and build muscle. The crux of the book is the Slow Carb Diet. This is one of the most easy diets I have seen, since it contains very few rules. There are just a few things you must do, including eating a BINGE day one day a week. On Binge Day anything goes. On the other days you eat legumes + protein +veggies.
